Shipping policy
Where we ship. Currently the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to add international shipping soon.
Cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout, usually flat rate.
When it ships. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your package ships with tracking and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–10 days of purchase.
Tracking. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your package ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Multiple items. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package at different times, at no extra cost to you.
Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can affect delivery. If your order is significantly late, email and we'll sort it out.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only change it within 24 hours of ordering.
